About me...

My name is Kim and I am a stay at home mummy with three little boys. They are my world! They are loving and fun little boys who, at times, can be challenging, but in my eyes they are perfection!

Now they are growing up and starting to become more independent I have started getting some time back for myself. So what else would I fill that time up with than drawing. I have always loved being creative and for as long as I can remember whenever I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up my answer was always the same, I wanted to be an artist. That was the career I have always yearned for but never really tried for. So here I am now, finally giving it a proper go and loving every second of the journey.

I get the honour of drawing pet portrait commissions for people, creating a unique piece of art that represents their gorgeous furbabies. If you are interested in getting your own pet portrait, or a special gift for someone you love, then get in touch and we can discuss making this happen.

Commission a pet portrait

Terms & Conditions

Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer. You will have 14 days to pay the remaining balance on your commission from the date you receive your invoice or I reserve the right to keep and/or sell the portrait.

Cancellations

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order you have 3 days from the time you paid your deposit to get a full refund. The deposit becomes non-refundable once work has begun or after the 3 days are up, depending on which comes first, this is to compensate for any time and materials that have already been used.

I reserve the right to sell any work I have produced after cancellation.

Copyright

I as the artist own the copyright and reserve the right to reproduce the artwork for prints, marketing purposes  or other products.

Please contact me if you are unhappy with this and we can discuss the terms for your commission specifically.

Delivery

Your commission will be dispatched within 2-3 days of your final payment. If there is any delay you will be contacted directly to confirm the reason for  this. Your commission will be securely packaged and posted to arrive next day (where possible). You will be notified once your item has been dispatched and given the tracking number for your package.

Refunds

You will be updated with work in progress images throughout the entire process of your pet portrait. It is important that you inform me of any changes or edits you require as early as possible.

Any major changes late in the process may incur additional costs due to added time and materials.

Once the portrait has had final approval by you, the remaining balance will need to be paid and at this point your commission will become non-refundable.

Also see Cancellation policy.

Damage and Aftercare

All portraits have been sealed or packaged in a way to protect them from damage as best as possible. However if your portrait arrives and appears to have been damaged it is important that you contact me immediately with any photos that show the damage to the  portrait as well as the packaging.

Your Certificate of Authenticity will give you care instructions to follow to keep your portrait looking it’s best. Do not use any chemicals or water to clean your portrait. If you find damage on your portrait in the future please contact me with photos and I can have a look and it may be possible that I can fix it. This may take a few weeks depending on my current work load.
